Ever have those days where there's no time to sit down and eat? Well, our friend Renae (aka the wholesome nutritionist) has got you covered. These delicious Wildbag Superfood Protein Bars are perfect for breakfast, lunch or a snack on the go:
1/4 cup Wildbag coconut superfood protein
1/2 cup of flour of your choice (self raising, almond meal, tigernut etc)
1 egg or a flax/chia egg for our vegan friends (mix up 1tbs chia or flax with 3tbs water)
3/4 cup milk of choice (we love coconut milk)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup nuts/seeds
1/2 cup dried fruits (cranberries, dates, apricots etc)
2-3 tbs of sweetener of choice (honey, rice malt syrup etc)
Mix all ingredients up in a large bowl until well combined.
Pour into a lined sliced tin.
Bake for 30 mins at 160 degrees celcius.
Once cooled down, cut into snack or meal sized portions and package up ready for you to enjoy during the busy week ahead!
