We’re big fans of bliss balls here at Wildbag HQ, but we’re even bigger fans of these incredible Wildbag snickaballs. The uber talented Kadence from Feather and Crumb has really upped the the snack game with this recipe. The best part? You can down as many of these bad boys as you want (no judgement here). Go on, we dare you.
(makes about 20 small bliss balls)
1 cup Wildbag cacao superfood protein blend
1 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup dates (soaked)
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp lucuma powder
Blend all ingredients together in food processor. If the mixture isn’t sticky enough, add more rice malt until a dough like mixture forms.
Roll into bite sized balls.
Start snacking away!
Pro tip: we like to store our snickaballs (well, all our bliss balls) in the fridge. The perfect little treat to snack on morning, noon and night.
