Looking for a way to curb those Sunday munchies but also really feeling those lazy Sunday vibes? Well, we have the perfect solution for you! Give these delicious Wildbag no bake brownies a try - recipe courtesy of the beautiful Yeshmin Masters.

Ingredients:

¼ cup Wildbag Raw Superfood Protein- Vanilla

¼ cup black bean powder

¼ cacao powder

1 cup almond meal

1 cup hazelnut meal

1 cup dates soaked in hot water

2 tablespoons coconut oil (add more if required for binding)

Instructions:

Soak the dates in hot water for 3-5 minutes to soften them. Then drain. Place all the ingredients into a food processer and pulse until smooth. Pour the mixture into a preferably square dish, lined with baking paper - if the mixture isn’t doughy enough, add more coconut oil! Evenly press the brownie mix into the dish, flattening with a spoon. 

Allow your brownie to cool in the fridge for at least two hours. After the fudge has set, cut into 3cm squares and serve immediately. 

Garnish with cacao nibs if you’re feeling fancy.

Pro tip: These can be stored in the freezer as well, they’re still super fudge-like!
