Wildbag choc-cherry protein balls

We love seeing and testing out the recipes you guys come up with - seriously, you get so creative with our superfood protein blends! So of course, when the lovely Chanel Sudarski shared a picture of these Wildbag choc-cherry protein balls, we had to have the recipe. I mean, what a winning flavour combination, right?! We highly recommend you give these a go: 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Wildbag cacao superfood protein blend 
1 cup almond meal
1 cup shredded / desiccated coconut
1 cup dried cherries
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup 
Extra desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions:

(Makes 10-12 balls )
Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture turns to a sticky consistency.
Roll into balls then roll again on a plate of dessicated coconut to coat.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
Try not to eat these all up in one go!
