We’re always looking for the perfect way to start the day with a smile on our faces and we think we’ve found it with these delicious Wildbag cacao protein and oat pancakes by the gorgeous Kahili Blundell: 

Ingredients:

1 smashed banana
2 eggs
1 scoop Wildbag Raw Superfood Protein - Organic Cacao
1/2 cup oats
2 tbs water
1 Tbs coconut flour
1 Tbs chia seeds

Instructions:

Make your batter by mixing all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Spoon a dessertspoonful of the batter into a frying pan and use your spoon to spread the batter out to your desired size.
Once the bottom side has cooked, flip over and cook the other side.
Repeat until your batter runs out!

Top with shredded coconut, your favourite organic coconut yogurt and a drizzle of honey.
