These Vegan Vanilla Wildbag and Blueberry Smoothie Bowls are the perfect way to start off the new year and to get back into your working week (until next time, end of year break!)
Made by our fave, Mona (@blissberri), using all your faves (ya know blueberries, banana and Wildbag - obvs), these smoothie bowls are a real treat morning, noon or night.
Plus they're good for you and filling, so they tick all the boxes.

4 tbls of Wildbag Vegan Vanilla Superfood Protein Blends
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
4 tbls of coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup coconut water
Toppings of your choice (we love strawberries, kiwifruit and coconut flakes)
Put all ingredients except the coconut yoghurt in a high speed blender and blend until well combined. Add more coconut water to adjust consistency to your liking.
Pour blended mixture into 2 bowls and then add two dollops of the coconut yoghurt into the centre of each bowl.
Fold the mixture through once to create a swirl then add your favourite toppings.
