If you're looking for a delicious way to start your week when your Monday morning alarm goes off tomorrow, we strongly suggest you try this incredible Vegan Choc-Raspberry and Vanilla Wildbag Protein smoothie. It tastes amazing and is packed full of good stuff! This beautiful creation is by the lovely Mona (aka @blissberri) of course. Keep reading to find out all the deets:
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
2 ripe bananas
4 tablespoons Vanilla flavoured coconut yoghurt (or plain)
Plant milk of choice
Melted vegan dark chocolate
In a blender, blitz all ingredients (except for the dark chocolate) until smooth.
Pour into tall tumblers and add 2 tablespoons of the yoghurt to each glass.
Stir to combine and get a swirl.
Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
Additional intel for the smoothie connoisseur
If you’re in the mood for something fancy, pour a little of the melted chocolate on the sides of the tumblers before pouring the smoothie in.
And, if you're more of a smoothie bowl fan, use frozen bananas instead of fresh ones and it will give a thicker consistency (but you probably knew this already, didn't you, you smoothie connoisseur you!)
