ICYMI, here at Wildbag we are obsessed with bliss balls (and smoothie bowls - but that’s not why we’re here today).
So, we trawled through our recipe archives to re-share one of our all time favourite bliss ball recipes! Originally created by Renae (@the_wholesome_nutritionist), these bliss balls are super delicious, easy to make and totally wholesome (aka, good for you).
Keep reading to find out the recipe and get ready to whip up the best batch of bliss balls you’ve ever had!
1/2 cup Wildbag Organic Cacao Superfood Protein blend
1 cup of nuts (I used 1/2 cup each of roasted peanuts & almonds)
1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup of dried pitted dates, soaked in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Adding soaking liquid to mixture as well.
Blitz until a sticky dough forms. Don't worry if the mixture still seems a little wet once it's mixed…just leave it for a few minutes and the oats will soak it all up.
Roll into balls and coat in desiccated coconut. Pop in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
Enjoy! Let us know what you think in the comments below, and as always, stay wild!
