We have a feeling that this Matcha and Wildbag Vanilla Protein Ice Cream is going to be your go-to treat now that summer is officially here! This glorious recipe was concocted by Mona (@blissberri) and it is so easy to make, you won’t want to stop.

1 500 ml container of vanilla flavoured soy or coconut yoghurt
1 cup coconut cream
2 scoops Wildbag Vanilla Superfood Protein blend
2-3 teaspoons matcha powder (depending how pungent you like your matcha)
4-6 teaspoons of stevia (depending how sweet you like it)
1 tbsp agave syrup
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or tupperware container.
Place bowl or container into the freezer.
Stir every 20-30 minutes until set.
Devour to your heart’s content!
